Frank Tetel provides the team with significant experience in the areas of property selection, financial analysis, entitlement, acquisition, development and finance of single-family and multi-family residential, shopping center, office and warehouse/distribution properties. He managed the acquisition and entitlement of residential subdivisions, from 210 to 999 lots, valued up to $20MM, and helped arrange private “land banking” financing that removed 2,500 lots from homebuilders’ balance sheets. Currently, Frank is managing a partnered interest in the 1,100-acre “Turnpike Commerce Park” in Groveland, Florida, and evaluating distressed real estate projects including retail, office and land. With Florida Residential partners, Frank is launching a investment to create a portfolio of distressed residential homes.

Mr. Tetel graduated from the University of Florida’s Graduate School of Business with a Master of Science in Real Estate, and earned an undergraduate degree from Duke University. He is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate and has experience in residential brokerage, leasing and property management. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Orlando Regional Realtors Association.
