 May 5, 2009. Prior to joining FRP, Daniel was a development manager for Hammerson, one of Europe’s largest Real Estate Investment Trusts. Based in London, he worked on two major projects, ICSC Shopping Center of the Year, “Cabot Circus”, which featured over 1,000,000 square feet of retail together with 250 apartments. Subsequently, he was one of two development managers on the delivery of a new multi-billion dollar headquarters building for JPMorgan Chase European Investment Bank. He has managed all elements of development from acquisition and costs to project delivery and leasing.
Daniel earned an undergraduate degree from Queen Mary, University of London and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich, London. He is a licensed Florida real estate sales associate and a member of the Urban Land Institute. Daniel now lives full time in Winter Park, FL, with his wife and their daughter. |
