Currently, we primarily focus on multi-family properties and grocery-anchored retail centers that are positioned for acquisition, debt restructuring, or other work-out solutions. Our preference is for assets in major markets across the Southeastern U.S., minimum value of $10 million with a preferred range of $20 million to $50 million. Major rehabilitation or repositioning requirements are acceptable, and favorable locations are a very important factor in our decisions.
