Mutifamily Residential - The Company's recent focus has been on acquiring or investing in multi-family properties. Minimun unit size is 100. Prefer Class 'A' locations and price range of $20 to $50 million. We are familiar with current CMBS work-out solutions and can provide investment capital to solve many of the current challenges facing borrowers today.
Grocery-Anchored Retail - Prefer grocery-anchored retail in major markets. Will also consider value-oriented shopping centers, i.e. TJ Maxx or Ross as anchors.
Development/Investment Financing - We can provide equity and mezzanine loans for real estate investments.
Acreage Purchases - Our principals are experienced in buying and selling raw land parcels with current agricultural uses and future development potential.
Other Acquisitions - Including income-producing properties such as office buildings, warehouse, medical office.
